Mail server settings

Setting up a desktop or mobile mail app manually? Use these settings for both incoming and outgoing mail. Make sure SSL/TLS is on.

Set up on your device

Pick your device or app for step-by-step instructions.

Webmail — any browser (nothing to install)
  1. Open secure.ntlofnyc.com:2096 (or tap the button above).
  2. Enter your full email address and password.
  3. You're in — read and send from any browser, on any device.
iPhone & iPad (Apple Mail)
  1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account.
  2. Enter your name, full email, password, and a description, then tap Next.
  3. Choose IMAP. For both Incoming and Outgoing servers, set the host to secure.ntlofnyc.com, username = your full email, and your password.
  4. Tap Save. If asked, keep SSL on (IMAP 993 / SMTP 465).
Android (Gmail or Outlook app)
  1. Open your mail app → Add account → choose Other or Personal (IMAP).
  2. Enter your full email address and password.
  3. Incoming server: secure.ntlofnyc.com, port 993, security SSL/TLS.
  4. Outgoing server: secure.ntlofnyc.com, port 465, security SSL/TLS.
  5. Finish — your mail will sync.
Outlook (Windows desktop)
  1. File → Add Account, type your email, then click Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually and choose IMAP.
  2. Incoming: secure.ntlofnyc.com, port 993, SSL/TLS.
  3. Outgoing: secure.ntlofnyc.com, port 465, SSL/TLS.
  4. Enter your password and click Connect.
Apple Mail (Mac)
  1. Open Mail → Settings → Accounts → + and choose Other Mail Account.
  2. Enter your name, full email, and password.
  3. Set the mail server to secure.ntlofnyc.com for both incoming and outgoing; username = full email; keep SSL on.
Thunderbird
  1. Open Account Settings → Add Mail Account.
  2. Enter your name, email, and password, then click Configure manually.
  3. Incoming IMAP: secure.ntlofnyc.com, port 993, SSL/TLS, normal password.
  4. Outgoing SMTP: secure.ntlofnyc.com, port 465, SSL/TLS, normal password.
Automatic setup via Webmail (desktop)
  1. Log in to Webmail with the button above.
  2. Open the Set Up Mail Client area (Mail Client Automatic Configuration).
  3. Pick your client (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and download the configuration file.
  4. Run the file and follow the prompts — it configures everything for you.
