A redesign keeps your existing platform (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and reskins it — same backend, new look. A full rebuild moves you to a new technical foundation: faster, cleaner code, often a different CMS or framework. Redesigns are 4–8 weeks; rebuilds are 8–16 weeks. We recommend based on what your current site can and can't do, not on what sells more billable hours.

Yes — this is one of our most common entry points. We audit your current setup, migrate hosting (typically with zero or near-zero downtime), and put you on a monthly maintenance plan covering uptime monitoring, security patches, backups, performance audits, and a fixed amount of editorial updates. Most clients are pleasantly surprised at how much faster a properly-managed site runs.

Both, depending on what fits the engagement. Discrete projects (a website build, an SEO audit, a specific automation) are quoted as fixed-price with a clear scope. Ongoing work (hosting, monthly SEO, ongoing automations) runs on a monthly retainer. We avoid pure hourly billing for new clients because it punishes efficient work and rewards slow work — both bad incentives.
