📱 How to Add Your Signature in the Gmail Mobile App

Note: The Gmail mobile app supports plain text signatures only. If you’re using a custom domain (SMTP or GSuite account), follow these steps:

  1. Open the Gmail App
Launch the Gmail app on your Android or iPhone device.
  2. Tap the Menu (☰)
In the top-left corner, tap the three-line menu icon.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Settings”
  4. Select your custom email account
Choose the account you use with your custom domain (e.g., name@yourdomain.com).
  5. Tap “Mobile Signature”
On Android it’s called “Mobile Signature”, and on iOS it may say “Signature Settings.”
  6. Enter your plain text signature
Type a simple version of your signature, for example:
    John Doe
    Sales | NTL of NYC
    📧 john@ntlofnyc.com
    📞 (212) 470-5220
  7. Tap “OK” or “Save”
Your signature will now appear at the bottom of all emails sent from your mobile device.

Note: For rich HTML signatures, it’s best to send emails via desktop Gmail or a mobile browser in desktop mode.
