Share Access to Your Wix Account

Introduction

Sharing access to your Wix account allows the NTL of NYC team to manage domain settings directly, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot any issues efficiently. This approach ensures minimal downtime during website setup or maintenance, optimizing your site for both performance and security.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to your WIX Account
2. On the Right, click on My Sites and click on Go to My Sites:

3. Select the Domain you want to delegate access to and click Select & Edit Site.

4. Choose Settings, then click Roles & Permissions:

5. Under the Roles & Permissions, click the Invite People button:

6. In the Email field, enter: info@ntlofnyc.com
7. Choose Domain Manager as the Role.
8. Click the Send Invite, and you’re done!

9. Please let our Support Team know once you’ve delegated access.
