Independent Contractor Partnership Portal

The purpose of the form is to evaluate potential partners and determine if they are a good fit for NTL of NYC's goals and objectives. Once approved, the Independent Contractor will be granted access to the partnership portal to provide services or products to NTL of NYC's customers.
