3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of our services must not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Account & Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, cooperate during service delivery, and not misuse our services or tools. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Payments & Billing
Invoices are due within 15 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest charges. All fees are in USD or GBP and may include applicable taxes or VAT.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created by NTL remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables. Resale or reuse is prohibited without written consent.
7. SMS & Email Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related and promotional messages from NTL.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violations, or abuse. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked and fees due remain payable.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid to us in the past 6 months. These terms may vary based on jurisdiction.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTL and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
U.S. Clients: Governed by the laws of New York State; disputes handled in New York County courts.
UK Clients: Governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes handled in UK courts.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, or government actions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
