1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ntlofnyc.com (the "Site") or any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law, infringes any third party's rights, interferes with the Site's operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, code, design, and trademarks, is owned by NTL of NYC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law.

4. Services and engagements

Any digital agency services we provide (web development, SEO, e-commerce builds, hosting, analytics, automations, consulting, or otherwise) are governed by a separate written agreement between you and NTL of NYC. Marketing copy and content on the Site is informational; it is not an offer or a contract.

5. Movers of USA Broker Load Board subscription

The Movers of USA Broker Load Board (the “Load Board”), accessible through moversofusa.com and any related portals or applications, is an informational subscription service. It aggregates and displays available moving jobs (“loads”) gathered from third-party broker load boards for your reference. The Load Board is provided for informational purposes only: NTL of NYC does not broker, arrange, guarantee, or take part in any load, booking, payment, or transaction between you and any third party, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy, availability, quality, or outcome of any load listed.

The subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment and no contract. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops any further billing from the next billing cycle onward. Subscription fees are non-refundable: amounts already charged for the current billing month are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including if you cancel before the month ends or do not use the service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTL of NYC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NTL of NYC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
