Client Solutions & Strategy

Dani Morra

I turn a first conversation into a plan, and a plan into work that actually ships.

Dani Morra, Client Solutions & Strategy at NTL of NYC

Hi, I'm Dani.

I work in Client Solutions and Strategy at NTL of NYC, which is really just a way of saying I'm usually the first person you talk to and the one who stays with your project all the way through. My job is to understand what your business actually needs, turn it into a plan we can stand behind, and make sure the right people on our team are working on the right things. I'm writing this in my own voice because I'd rather you know who you're dealing with than read a polished third-person bio that could be about anyone.

How I got into this work

I didn't set out to work in digital marketing. What pulled me in was a question I couldn't let go of: why do some businesses seem to find customers online effortlessly, while others, often with a better product, stay invisible? The more I dug in, the more I realized it was almost never luck. It came down to the unglamorous fundamentals done well — a fast website, content that answered the questions people were actually typing into Google, and a clear path that turned a stranger into a customer. I've spent my career since getting good at those fundamentals, and just as importantly, at explaining them to business owners in plain language.

What I actually do

On any given week, my work is some mix of three things. Discovery — sitting with a client to understand their market, their competitors, and where they're currently leaving money on the table. Scoping — taking what we've learned and shaping it into a realistic plan with a timeline and a budget, so there are no surprises down the line. And coordination — keeping our web, SEO, content, and automation people pointed at the same goal, so the work adds up to something instead of arriving as a pile of disconnected pieces.

I stay close to the build, too. I'd much rather catch a problem on a Tuesday than have to explain one on a Friday.

How I work with clients

I try to be honest to a fault. If something you're asking for won't move the needle, I'll tell you — even when it means a smaller project for us. That's not me being noble; it's just good business. The clients who've stayed with us for years are the ones who learned they could trust my recommendations. And because we run flat at NTL of NYC, there's no account manager sitting between us. When you talk to me, you're talking to someone who can actually change what the team is doing that day.

The plan we agree to in our first conversation is the plan that gets built — by the same people, start to finish.

What I care about

I care about work that's still paying off a year later, not just a launch that looks good the week it ships. I care about clients understanding what we did and why, so they're never stuck depending on us in an unhealthy way. And I care about being easy to reach and straight with you, because that's usually the first thing that goes missing in an agency relationship — and the thing I never want us to lose.

If we end up working together

If you're weighing whether we're the right team for your business, I'm always glad to give you a straight read. That first conversation is free, and you'll walk away knowing more than when you started — whether or not we end up working together.
