Hi, I'm Josh.
I look after Sales and Partnerships at NTL of NYC, which mostly means I'm the first person you talk to when you're trying to figure out whether we're the right team for what you need. My job isn't to close you — it's to understand your business, tell you honestly what I think will move the needle, and only bring you on board if it's work we can do exceptionally well. I'm writing this in my own voice because I'd rather you know who you're dealing with than read a polished third-person bio that could be about anyone.

How I got into this work
I came up on the relationship side of the business, not the pitch side. Early on I worked with companies that had been burned by agencies who oversold and underdelivered, and I saw how much damage a dishonest sales process does — not just to the client, but to the team that inherits a promise they can't keep. I decided I'd rather lose a deal than start one on a misunderstanding. That principle has shaped how I've worked ever since.
What I actually do
Most of my week is conversations. Listening to a business owner describe what's not working, asking the questions that get to the real problem, and being straight about whether we're the right people to solve it. When we are, I shape the engagement with the team so the scope, timeline, and budget are realistic from day one. And I build the partnerships — the referral relationships and long-term accounts — that have kept this agency growing by word of mouth for eighteen years.
How I work with clients
I start by listening more than I talk. Before I ever quote anything, I want to understand your market, your customer, and where you're actually leaving money on the table. From there I'll give you a clear, honest recommendation — including telling you when something isn't worth doing yet. No pressure, no countdown timers, no inflated scope. If we're a fit, you'll know exactly what you're getting and why.
I'd rather lose a deal than start one on a promise we can't keep.
What I care about
Long relationships over quick wins. The clients I'm proudest of are the ones who've been with us for a decade — that only happens when the first conversation was honest and every one after it kept that standard. I'd rather build a smaller book of clients who genuinely trust us than a big one that churns.
If we end up working together
If you're weighing whether we're the right agency for you, I'm happy to talk it through. That first conversation is free, and I'll give you a straight answer on fit — what I'd prioritize, what I'd hold off on, and whether we're even the right team for it. You'll come away with a clearer plan either way.
